Release notes for GG 2.0

Here’s what we changed:

• Capture should work for virtually all Vulkan games. If you’re still having issues capturing a Vulkan game after this update, please let us know.
• Fixed an issue where League of Legends wasn’t saving autoclips or showing events inside saved clips
• Effects: the duration of newly added GIFs will be a single loop (unless they’re under 1 second long)
• Moments tour capture step now has a link to the official capture issue article
• Moments tour can now be skipped from any step
• Dota 2 and CS:GO device integrations have been re-enabled by default, under Engine -> Apps
